Simple Puff-Stitch Coasters

Updated: Mar 4, 2021

Gosh, it's been way too long since I've shared a pattern with you all! I've got so many pieces and patterns "in progress" and not complete. I really need to wrap up some patterns and weave in some ends. So. Many. Ends....

Time has simply gotten away from me these last few weeks. We've had birthday parties, work travel and just regular life stuff that has gotten in the way of my posting... Anyone relate? Since we're speaking of things getting in the way- this pattern came about because I was still using my fall leaf coasters from September! *gasp!*

It just finally got to me and I had to create some regular coasters to swap them out with. I'm a big fan of crocheted coasters because they absorb moisture and aren't as heavy as some of those ceramic type coasters. (Anyone else have those stick to their drink and clank to the floor when you go to take a sip?)

This coaster pattern is easy to follow and works up quickly. You could even use some festive pink and purple yarn for Valentines day or green for St. Patties if you're wanting something seasonal!

Happy Crocheting!
